Our First Post

Welcome to Nosh and Tell!
Hey Foodies,
We decided to start this blog because we’re tired of just talking to each other about food! After months of religiously watching the Food Network and experimenting in our small New York kitchens (dorm kitchens to be exact) we decided we wanted to share our experiences with you. And hey, Top Chef Season 5 is over so what else do we have to do?
Here’s what’s on the menu for our blog:
Main Courses
1. Lookie at my Cookies by Whitney: my experiments in baking and cooking, I’ll share my recipes, tips & tricks, and oopsiedaisies!
2. Rel’s Ravenous Reviews: here you’ll get the “chubby” (get it, not the skinny hehe) on New York restaurants from big name to hole in the wall.

Specials
1. Bi-Monthly Kitchen Utility: twice a month we’ll go buy a cool kitchen gadget under $10 and give you a how-to by utilizing it. This way we can all learn together about new and interesting ways to spice it up in the kitchen. Who knows what we’ll find? Get your oven mitts ready, things could get hot.
2. Don’t Yuck my Yums: every once in a while we’ll do a post about a commonly misused or un-liked ingredient. We will throw it in a recipe and make it so good that even the most skeptical of eaters will love it.
3. The Celebrity Dish: when friends and family have a recipe or something else they want to share. The more the merrier!
4. Happy Hour: yeah that’s right we are in college and we drink. Put down your PBR or Natty Light and trade it in for something worth drinking. Just don’t blame us for the hangover!
We are so excited to share this blog with you, please message us if you have any suggestions, recipes you want us to try out, or some love to send our way. Can’t wait to get started, soon we’re gonna have you watching the Food Network too!
Bon Eating,
Ariel and Whitney
PS check out our profile if you want to learn a little bit of how each of us ended up loving food and starting this blog
